What a download lets you do
The intended answer is the one the home page already implies — use it as a video-call background, personal or commercial, no attribution and no account needed. That needs writing down before it counts as a licence.
What it does not cover
Redistribution, resale as a stock asset, bulk mirroring, and use in a competing collection. Trademarks and identifiable people in a shot are separate from the image licence itself.
What submitters grant
The rights a Member gives OnThePoddy on approval, and whether that grant survives withdrawal of the submission.
